Jordi,

There is no way to pass equation values or control cards through the command line. There are a few options switches that will hide the online plotter and/or make Trnsys run in the background.

The way we typically handle this situation is by using include files. If you put the line:

INCLUDE MyInputs.inc

into your input file (using the control cards field) then the contents of that *.inc file will be treated as though they were just another part of the input file. If you have an interface program, it can leave behind the *.inc file then call Trnsys through the command line.
