Dear David, I opened and close sketch up a lot of time but it didn’t work. I tried also to draw again the two thermal zones in another sketch-up but it doesn’t work. Besides since that the line I put inside touch
also the two perpendicular external wall, it doesn’t allow me to saw and/or change the properties of those two walls.
What you suggest me to do?

It seems that maybe the Trnsys3D plugin is not functioning correctly. I would first try closing down SketchUp and then reopening it. It appears from the pictures you attached that you are doing the right thing. Are you able to see the properties of other
walls if you click on them?
