Ahmad, It is hard to diagnose these problems because they are configuration issues on the computer that is running TRNSYS/TRNOpt/GenOpt. The best advice I can offer is:
1. to make sure that all settings give the full path to the
target (whether it is the GenOpt, Java, or TRNSYS executable)
starting with the drive letter. 2. try to avoid installing anything in either the \Program Files\
or \Program Files(x86)\ directories as these have read/write
restrictions that can be very problematic. 3. make sure that both you and the built-in SYSTEM user have full read/write (admin) access to the computer. 4. make sure that you are using the same version of GenOpt and TRNSYS as is described in the .\TrnsysXX\TESS Models\Documentation\09-OptimizationLibrary-TRNOPTvXX.pdf document. 5. try to follow and run the example that is described in the documentation (location mentioned in 4) and make sure that works before adapting it to your own purposes.
kind regards, David
