Transsolar has a non-standard TRNSYS Type for simulating the performance
of earth-duct systems. It is not freely available but you can learn
about the component from the documentation, which is posted at:

The component (Type460) asks you to provide the coefficients for the
heat exchange between the earth duct walls and the air in the tube. Jean
MARAIS's comment about the dew point is a good one; make sure that you
do not overestimate the heat transfer at the tube wall or it will look
as though your earth duct performs a lot better than it would in reality.
