Re: [TRNSYS-users] Research "earth cooling tube" type

There was a good article in the last ASHRAE journal, where one of the authors chuckled up his sleave about earth tube systems (he's built some in the past). He does not rate the technology very highly. Be careful about the air due point temperatures as condensation inside the system is a major hassle. I'm not aware of a trnsys type for this, but energyplus does have a module for it.

Hello,

I'm a french graduate student, currently doing an internship for the validation of my master degree. I have to create a model using the program TRNSYS and I would like to know if someone has a Type for an "earth cooling tube" (ground coupled heat exchanger). If so, please let me know if you could possibly send it to me.
Thank you in advance,

Yohann Dulong.
