Esteban, I have had some success in contacting manufacturer's representatives and asking them to generate a few additional performance points. These days more and more manufacturers rely on software to generate performance estimates rather than on catalogs so it is hard to find a complete map in *.pdf form! If that tactic does not work then you may be able to use the example data file for your off-design points. Some HVAC equipment normalizes very well; in other words if you look at the performance of an air cooled chiller at a given operating point divided by the performance at the rated point, it looks quite the same as a lot of other air cooled chillers and even like other sizes of air cooled chiller. Other HVAc equipment does not normalize so well (absorption chillers are a good example).
