[TRNSYS-users] Radiative cooling systems

Hi everyone, hi Jeff,

I aim to model different radiative cooling systems using TRNSYS 16 (soon TRNSYS 17), to evaluate their potential under French climate and compare their efficiencies. I found on the Internet the following discussion :

>" It depends a bit on what you are trying to do. If you are trying to
>cool a building using a metal roof, I think that the standard TRNSYS
>building model (Type56) would give you that effect. If you have got an
>actively ventilated airspace behind the metal roof then I think we might
>have an unglazed air-based solar collector that might work. If you have
>fluid pipes on the back side of the metal roof then it might be that the
>model Jeff was mentioning would be most appropriate.

I am very interested in getting some details on the model you describe at the end. Is it possible to get more information, any file or document describing it ?

Thank you very much for your time.
Best regards,
