Hellow,

Does someone know what the "minimum desired inlet mass flowrate" means in anactive layer. I don't understand the meaning of this input. I just want tocreateslabcooling with an active layer and there are 3 things to input: 1. Theinlet flow temperature, 2. the mass flow rate and 3. the minimum desiredinlet mass flowrate.

I don't understand the meaning of this third input.
