Samir,
 The error is because your entering dry bulb temperature (connected from Type109 ambient temperature) is less than your entering wet bulb temperature (set to a constant value of 22C) at time 1 of your simulation. Since wet bulb temperature is not a direct output of Type109, you need to connect both dry and wet bulb temperature from the component labeled "psychrometrics" to the cooling coil.
