Hi Franck, TM2
is only a data format. It depends on what the person who created the file put
into it. Usually, The
TM2 files delivered with TRNSYS were created with METEONORM (see http://software.cstb.fr/soft/present.asp?context=Meteonorm&langue=us
) and do not represent 'real years', but 'Typical Mean
Years' (that's where the names TM2 and TMY come from). The
TMY2 users manual is available online http://rredc.nrel.gov/solar/pubs/tmy2/
