Is it more accurate to model a large body of containerized water within a room by: * Increasing the thermal capacitance in Type56 or, * Using storage tanks like Type 158 with Top, Edge, Bottom Loss coefficients?
If it's a large tank of water in a room that you are trying to simulate then model it as a large tank of water within a room! Artificially increasing the zone capacitance and modeling it that way means that the water and air are always effectively the same temperature - which is very unlikely during periods of transient behavior.
