Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The PV/T collectors in Trnsys can be used for either water or air. They don't internally compute the relative humidity of the air leaving the PV/T but if you put a Type33 (psychrometrics) at the outlet of the PV/T and give it the outlet temperature but the the absolute humidity ratio of air entering the PV/T then it will get you the RH of the air leaving the PV/T
