Thank you for your response.

I double checked my parameters and inputs, and then I added a control in such a way to turn off the heat exchanger and the pump when the collector mass flow rate is zero.
It worked properly. However, when I changed the weather file (choosing a weather file related to the colder regions), it seems that the results are not logical.
Could you please run another simulation with a weather file related to the colder climate?
And one more thing, in your email, you talked about adding pipes. Could you please guide me where I can add these pipes in the solar loop in this case? And what is the reason behind that?

Ali,

I just did exactly as you described and it worked just fine here.  See attached image.  Please check your parameters and inputs carefully.
Make sure you have a small timestep, and also consider adding pipes and the pump.  Make sure you have enough flow on the other side of the heat exchanger to remove the heat from the collector.  If you still cannot discover why it isn't working then I suggest you send your project to your distributor to see what they can find.
