We found a solution that worked for Toni: Using
Window -> Preferences -> Workspace -> Reset Workspace
resets the position of popup windows so they are shown properly again

For me, connecting to the maximum number of screens I had used before did the job. If that does not work, have you tried using Window -> Preferences -> Workspace -> Reset Workspace ? Then try opening the window again

Hi Christina and thanks for your answer.
I thought that this could be the problem. That’s why I tried to disconnect the second screen but does not work. I tried to pass from the extended view to the view only on my desktop but it does not work. I disconnect the HDMI cable and try it again but it does not work.
What can I do more?
From: hotline <hotline@Transsolar.com>
Hi Toni,
I have had this problem after changing from extending windows to further screens back to only my laptop screen. The window was somehow still shown in a non-existent second screen. Connecting to extended screens again I was able to find the outliner window and move it back to where it belongs. I don't know if this applies to you at all, but for me it seemed to be some sort of screen scaling issue. Let me know if you figure it out.
Best, Christina

Hi everybody, I have a strange problem in SketchUp/Trnsys3D. Everything is working properly, all the commands work but I am not able to open with the command "Show outliner window" the model with all the thermal zones. The command is present (see below) but when I try to push it, it does not appear anything. I tried to deinstall and install again SketchUp and plugin Trnsys3d but does not work.
Anyone had this problem before?
Thanks a lot for your help.
