Gokula,

  The only two ways of avoiding that error are to delete printers or to recompile the Trnsys dll with increased limits. If you are using v18 then please contact your distributor and then can get you a modified dll. If you are using an earlier version then unfortunately you'll need to either recompile the dll yourself or keep the number of printers to a minimum
