That's not the error message.  That's just showing you that there is an error.  Open the LIST file and look for the source and description of the error.

As we ask all users, can you please be a bit more specific with your issue.  What version of 17 is it not working?  What’s the issue?  Fails to read?  Wrong radiation?  Weird results?
 
One other quick question.  If you have version 18 and it’s working there, why wouldn’t you just use that version?
