Mariam,
I caught and fixed this error a few months back and it'll be part of the next TESS Library update. If you'd like the fix beforehand I can show you what lines you have to change in the code. It was a sneaky little issue where FORTRAN struggled with the type of variable being passed to an array.

Dear colleagues,I would like to model gaussian noise - white noise - using model Type578, which is supposed to generate normally distributed random numbers given a seed. However, when examining the output of model Type578, what is get is a periodic triangle signal. Is there a way to get noise-like signal in TRNSYS?Regards,Mariam
