Re: [TRNSYS-users] Radiation Processor

Jibi,

If you have not already looked at it, I would recommend section 7.4.4.4. of the 07-Programmer's Guide manual. In Trnsys17 (and 18) Type16 calls a subroutine called getIncidentRadiation(), which does the actual calculations. If you do not find what you are looking for in section 7.4.4.4 then you may have to go looking for the reference from which those equations are taken (Solar Engineering of Thermal Processes by Duffie and Beckman)

kind regards,

 David

Hello,

I am using Trnsys 17.
I would like to know the decomposition model (theory used) of radiation processor type 16a (Total Horizontal Radiation only).
I checked the mathematical reference. But couldn't get much information.

Thanks

Jibi
