Take a look at the type 77 ok the manuals. It gives you the ground temperature at different depth.

  it is a bit hard to see the picture but it looks to me as though the TGROUND input is unconnected and set to an initial value of 0. That means that your building thinks that the ground temperature is constantly 0C.
