it is a bit hard to see the picture but it looks to me as though the TGROUND input is unconnected and set to an initial value of 0. That means that your building thinks that the ground temperature is constantly 0C.

Check your assumptions about ground coupling. It sounds as though perhaps the ground temperature beneath the church is set to something unrealistically low.
