How you do this depends on which version of Trnsys you are using. If you
are using Trnsys17 or 18 then you can draw the floor and the conditioned
part of the building that is above it in SketchUp/Trnsys3d and the floor
will be imported as EXT_FLOOR with ambient temperature on the back side
and no incident solar radiation. If you are using Trnsys16 then you'd
define the floor in TRNBuild as EXTERNAL and you'd give it an
orientation that has no solar radiation incident on it.
