  Yes, there are versions of the Type155.dll for Trnsys17 available for more recent versions of Matlab. We have DLLs for all 32-bit Matlab versions up through 2015b. You'll find some additional version of the Type155 dll located in the ..\Trnsys17\Exe\DLLs\ folder.

  Trnsys18  also has Type155 libraries; the difference there is that Trnsys18 can function with the 64-bit version of Matlab. If you do not find what you need in the ..\Trnsys17\Exe\DLLs\ directory, please let me know which version of Matlab you are using and I can send you the appropriate file.

Now, I need to interface these two programs with Python. The issue is that Python requires the Matlab 2014 version or later. Do you know if the library Type155.dll is already available in later version than Matlab 2012a?

What about the Trnsys 18 version? It may contains updated libraries for the Type 155.
