I have a question regarding a specific epw file of Quito city in Ecuador (South America). When I opened this file in Notepad, I found that shows 60 in the field of minutes. I've checked an EPW file of San Francisco )USA) and it shows 0 in the field of minutes. Do you know if the value of 60 will cause a problem (moving that time to the next hour) at the momento of getting the results?
