Amirreza,

 That error is saying that while you have specified a Type658 in your simulation by dragging otu Type658's proforma the TESS Library DLL containing that Type is not being found in either the ..\TrnsysXX\UserLib\ReleaseDLLs\ or the ..\TrnsysXX\UserLib\DebugDLLS\ directory. Check those two directories and if you do not see TESS Library DLLs in there then you may need to reinstall the libraries.
