If you want all the results in one file then you'll need to ASSIGN a file name to the output file that is not dependent on the name of the input file and is in a fixed location.  For example 

ASSIGN \Trnsys17\Results\SUMMARY.xls 32

and not

ASSIGN ***.xls 32

Then you'll need to choose a printer or output device that lets you append results to the file instead of overwriting the results.
