it is hard to tell without knowing the project.

The best way is to contact your distributor and if can’t solve the problem himself he may forward it to the developers.

Dear all,

I have a project TRNSYS model of a ground source heat pump for building cooling. I used a type56 multi-zone building to model a building, when I start simulation a TRNSYS is brake and show report on list file

“the star matrix is singular and cannot be solve

reported information: Star matrix is singular”

Did somebody experience this situation and how did you solve it? I would appreciate any help.
