Adnan, Yes, you can certainly use the equation that you propose. In TRNBuild set the inside convection coefficient for the wall(s) in question to "input" (as opposed to "constant value" or "schedule") and add the wall surface temperature(s) to your Type56 outputs. Define an equation in the Studio for the convection coefficient and pass the result back to Type56. You may well need to use a short timestep (and possibly a time delay such as Type93) in order for Type56 and the equation to converge on a solution. You might also look in the Type56 reference manual because it already has a time-varying interior convection coefficient model built in. You are able to set the coefficients that the model uses by clicking on the "properties" button in the TRNBuild "project" window. You'll also have to select "internal calculation" in the wall typemanager for each wall that you want to be affected by the algorithm. kind regards, David
