Ines, I am not familiar with Python scripting. My suspicion is that the TRNDll has either been recompiled incorrectly in such a way that TRNExe cannot communicate with it or that the TRNExe is not finding the correct TRNDll.dll. The correct command to call TRNExe and run a TRNSYS simulation from the command line is: "c:\Trnsys17\Exe\TRNExe.exe" "C:\Trnsys17\MyProjects\Location\Of\project.dck" /n the /n suppresses the splash screen that appears at the end of the simulation. It is important to put in the entire path both to the TRNExe.exe that you intend to call and to the *.dck file that you would like to run. kind regards, David On 5/18/2015 7:13 AM, Ines Khalifa
