Re: [TRNSYS-users] Photovoltaic Pumping

Sergio,
Type194's power outputs are in units of W while Type794 wants its inputs in kJ/h so you have to put an equation between the two models to convert the units manually. You cannot simply change the units of the Type794 input in the proforma in your project. Doing so does NOT make any kind of unit conversion; it affects only the input initial value.
Kind regards,
 David

Hello TRNSYS user

I have to simulate a photovoltaic pumping station. For this, i'm using a photovoltaic panel with inversor (Type 194b) connected with a pump of  variable speed with power input (Type749). I have the following problem with component Type 194b

TRNSYS Message    33 : An inconsistent connection has been defined in the TRNSYS input file.  The desired units for the input do not match the units of the connected output as specified in the component model.  The discrepancy is listed below.  Reported information  : Not available

apparently the problem is in the junction of the photovoltaic panel with the pump, but i don´t know what is it. I want to know if the components chosen are appropiate to simulate the situation of photovoltaic pumping.
I hope that you can help me

Thanks.

Regards.
