 If you are using the latest release (17.2) then there is an example that you can start with located in ..\Trnsys17\Examples\PVT\PVT.tpf. You can replace the use of the PVT collector with a simpler PV.

Our model is able to run and provide data, but we've run into some problems (involving the battery charging at night time).
