Mohammad, The pipe models in TRNSYS (Types31 and 604) assess the thermal losses of a fluid of constant specific heat as it flows through the pipe. Since the temperature of the H2 coming from the electrolyzer is unknown, it is not really going to be possible to assess the thermal losses. Furthermore, the thermal losses from the H2 as it flows from the electrolyzer to the storage tank may not be very relevant to your study anyway.
