Roberto,
  Can you give me some more information about what you mean when you say that you are checking the outputs of certain units? If you are looking at the output values that are displayed when you open a component in the Simulation Studio and look at its outputs tab then these will only ever show a constant value. That was a feature intended to give you an idea of the steady state output given the input initial values. When looking at simulation results you should be looking at the output files that are printed by whatever output producing devices you have in your simulation (such as Type25, Type65 (in its file writing mode), and Type933)
