Ali, You need to decide what device you want to use to deliver the cooling to the zone. An absorption chiller generates cold water so you can use that cold water in a fan coil or (perhaps) in a radiant panel. If you are using fan coils then you would define a VENTILATION type in TRNBuild/Type56 that is going to be the air (temperature, RH, and flow rate) coming from the fan coil model. You'll connect the fan coil model to pipe models, to a pump model and then to the absorption chiller model. I would highly recommend that you follow the tutorial called "Temperature Level Control from Energy Rate Control" located at: http://sel.me.wisc.edu/trnsys/downloads/tutorials_and_examples/tutex17.htm while the tutorial does not specifically deal with absorption chillers, the process is the same for connecting any kind of air distribution system to a building.
