Adeel, One solution would be to define a second Type14 forcing function that has a value of 1 from time 0 to time 2160, a value of 0 from 2160 to 6552, and then a value of 1 from 6552 to the end of the year. You can then define an equation that multiplies the output values of your two forcing functions together.
