did you find an answer to this? I am simulating simple IV curves at the moment, I used the manufacturers data in V/C but my answers are far off the theoretical..

Are they relative values or absolute values?

 

I mean, is it given in [ %/K] or something else, for example [V/K] or [W/K] or something? 

 

In all PV-Datafiles I just found values, given in [%/K].

 

I heard that one of my colleagues had trouble because he has chosen the wrong unit for these both parameters.
