Re: [TRNSYS-users] type 919 data files creation

Malak,
The contents of the files are described in the Type919 entry of the TESS HVAC manual documentation ..\Tess Modes\Documentation\06-HVACLibraryMathematicalReference.pdf. It does not say so explicitly in the documentation, but the files are created based on performance data files that are provided by manufacturers. The catalog performance data can usually be downloaded from manufacturer's websites. If you need a generic machine, you can use the sample data files as they are representative of a basic single-stage device.
Kind regards,
 David

Hello,
I am modeling a heat pump powered by solar collector hot water in the source side for space heating. I see that there are 4 external files to provide but there's no explanation how to generate them.
Any clarification would be appreciated...any advice for data sheet also? (the system is for Montreal region)

Thank you in advance
