Malak, The contents of the files are described in the Type919 entry of the TESS HVAC manual documentation ..\Tess Modes\Documentation\06-HVACLibraryMathematicalReference.pdf. It does not say so explicitly in the documentation, but the files are created based on performance data files that are provided by manufacturers. The catalog performance data can usually be downloaded from manufacturer's websites.
