  Type534 is normally located in the TESSStorageLibrary_vXX.YY.ZZZZ_Release.dll where XX, YY and ZZZZ are numbers that refer to the version of the library. Check in the \Trnsys17\UserLib\ReleaseDLLs and \Trnsys17\UserLib\DebugDLLs directories to make sure that the DLL containing Type534 is there. If it is not, I would recommend reinstalling the TESS Libraries.
