Re: [TRNSYS-users] variable values recall

Leen and Vincenzo,
What doesn't work correctly about the input value recall? Please send me an example! The tricky thing about that component (Type93) is that the proforma wording wasn't very clear. The second parameter ask you to tell it "Number of timesteps to be stored (including the current step)" If you want a value from one time step ago, you need to set that parameter to 2 (to store the current value and the value at the last timestep). The first output of the Type is the value at the current timestep. Confusing, yes. But I am pretty sure that it works correctly.
Best,
 David

Gentile,

if the Input Value Recall does not work properly, I assume you might have used more than 1 of those?
Check what happens if you all give the same parameter settings (number of inputs and timesteps to store)...
might work, although I thought this bug had been taken out of version 16 already

Keep us informed!

Dear TRNSYS users,
is there a method to recall a value, or more values of an output
variable, from the previous iteration, to use in the next iteration?
if it's possible without the storage variables, because they give me
some problems.

Gentile
