Re: [TRNSYS-users] Types for SolarWall

Flavien,
By "solar wall" do you mean the perforated, corrugated metal panels that stand off the side of a building and induce a flow of warm air upwards behind them? If so, a model was developed at NREL (National Renewable Energy Lab) some years ago. I have used it and gotten decent results with it. I can check on its availability for public use if you like.

If you mean another technology (solar storage walls for example), please let me know and I'll try to provide a better answer.
Kind regards,
 David

Hi everyone,
I want to know if you know what type can be used to simulate a SolarWall.
Somebody told me it might be type201 or type71f.
Is it correct?
However, can you tell me what is the best type can be used and its cost?

Best regards
