Mayank,
 Without seeing your project, it is very difficult to tell what might be going wrong. Some possible causes are a controls problem (pumps and chillers not turning off when they should) or a thermal capacitance problem. I would recommend that you send your *.tpf (and any other files needed to run the system) to your distributor for assistance.

When I simulate it the hot water tank temperature reaches negative value upto 100 0 C and chilled water tank reach about 1000 C. the chiller is working properly for 8 kW load only. What is the cause of this problem.
