Leona, You will probably need to use one of the heat pump models from the TESS HVAC Library. The standard TRNSYS library contains the Type194 PV array model. You can use other components from the standard TRNSYS electrical library (Type48 inverter, Type175 power converter, Type185 battery (if needed). You will need to connect the heat pump to the room model in order to determine the power requirement from the PV system, then model a PV system that generates the required amount of power.
