Re: [TRNSYS-users] Type 534
Alessia,
Since Type534 can have a lot of different configurations, it is not
possible to know the cause of the problem without seeing the *.tpf file
(to know what input 6 is in this case). If input 6 is a flow rate, then
chances are that the error is because input 6 is going negative. It may
be helpful to you to start with one of the examples of using Type534
with an internal heat exchanger, verify that it runs, then copy the tank
model from the example project into your project. Get the external file
reference set up correctly then being changing the tank from the example
configuration to your desired configuration one step at a time. The
examples are located in

I'm experiencing a lot of troubles to make it work properly.
I got this error message, but it doesn't seem that the problem is the
input suggested.

specified component between the input file and the information expected by

the model. The model has reported that Input 6 is the problem - but
this may not be the case. Please check the component configuration.
The *.lst file may contain additional information."
Do you have any idea of what can cause the problem?
Thanks in advance.
