You can make new weather files with METEONORM:

You have to buy it. (Sending another user a working copy of METEONORM is a violation of the license agreement, etc., etc. ).

i have a question about the weather? if the weather i went to use is not in Transys folder, what i have to do, download it or what? Please help me.
