Dear Pauline, I think your problem is easy to solve: divide the surface (NOT the zone) that is adjacent to two different zones into two surfaces, exactly where the adjacent zones adjoin. It is important that the adjacent surfaces have the same number of vertices and that the vertices exactly line up. Now define the adjacents (now the surface matching tool should also do the job): surface 1 of zone 1 to zone 2 surface 2 of zone 1to zone 3 I know this hint is included somewhere in the manuals, but I just can't find the section right now. Hope that helps, best regards Angela -- Institute of Thermal Engineering Graz University of Technology Inffeldgasse 25/B, A-8010 Graz, Austria Tel.: (+43) 316 873 7307 Fax: (+43) 316 873 7305 http://www.iwt.tugraz.at Am 30.03.2011 18:23, schrieb Pauline GELIN:
SketchUp version:sketchup8 Operating system:windows xp I am so sorry to ask a so easy question but I didn't find how to link a wall to several others zones. Indeed, in the object info we can only choose one zone. But, if I cut my zone into 2 parts and, for example, erase the adjacent wall to recreate it in trnbuild, after, there is no more interest to use sketchup and it would be quicker to do everything in trnbuild. Is there anyone who already met this problem? Do you have a solution ? Thanks a lot in advance for your help. Best regards, Pauline Gelin.
