Fernando,

You are correct on the flowrates - the collectors in series need to be
scaled down accordingly. I just did a simple simulation with two in series
using Type1 and compared it to 1 with the same total area in parallel and
got nominal results (greater outlet temperatures in series, the useful
energy gain is very similar, yet slightly greater losses in series). I can
send you the project upon your request.

I'm still doing some proving. Maybe we  should just change the flow rate
"manually".For two collectors in series it would be the same as for just
one,  in
this case is clear that we are getting another results.

100 m2 in parallel, flow rate 10000 l/h
25m2+25m2+25m2+25m2 flow rate 2500 l/h
