David-How do you Know if the horizontal wall is floor o ceiling? The TRNSYS 16 building model was non-geometric; when you define a horizontal surface, the only thing that indicates whether it is a floor or a ceiling is the condition that you impose on the opposite side of the surface. -Creating a Multizone Building, there are a number of radio buttons across the middle of the window. You still select a zone but then you switch to "surface outputs" and you will see the available NTYPEs for the surfaces in that zone. how can you do a multistorey building??The ceiling of one zone is set as wall type "ADJACENT" and you indicate the name of the zone above whose floor is the same as that ceiling. I´m interested in create a model about TABS (thermal active building system) which includes active layersI believe that some of the feedback controller examples (..trnsys16\Examples\...) show how to use the active layers.
