Subject: [TRNSYS-users] TRNSYS error
Dear all,I am working on simulation of a solar combined borehole thermal storage for
heating and cooling residential buildings using TRNSYS 17. The main Types
used in the model are Type 505b, 557a and 56.When I run the simulation I get
following error.
TRNSYS Message 427 : An OUTPUT from the specified component model has
been written to the global OUT array in a location beyond the allocated
number of outputs from this model. Please check the component carefully to
insure that INFO(6) is set correctly. The simulation has been aborted to
avoid problems caused by over-writing the outputs from other component
models Reported information : Not available.
As suggested in the TRNSYS archive, I looked at the *.lst and *.log files.
The error is generated by the Type 505. This error is very frequent and most
of the time I am able to debug by trial and error. But this time, I am not
able to do it. I suspect with the array size. Does any one have know what I
need to do. I cannot proceed further in my work due to this error.
With best regards,
Tshewang Lhendup

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] TRNSYS TrainingDear all,I will travel to Leeds, UK within the coming 10 days and I will stay there for about 10 days. I Wonder if I get TRNSYS training during my stay period at Leeds. I am ready to travel to cities not far from Leeds for the TRNSYS beginners training course. Kindly, direct me to such training course. Many thanks in advance,Ben Nakhi

Subject: [TRNSYS-users] Error with Psychrometric Routine?
I am passing 22.2 C dry bulb and 14.0 C wet bulb to the psychrometric routine (type 33f) and the output is 22.2 C dry bulb, 6. 8 C wet bulb and 0% RH, which is causing an error in the psychrometric routine for a total energy wheel.
The output should be approximately 60% RH.
The humidity ratio is also showing 0.0.
Please advise,
Fred

Fred,
perhaps I need to see the project. If you are passing 22.2 dry bulb and 14 wetbulb to Type33, it should just be spitting back the exact same thing with a calculation of RH. I just tried that and I'm getting an RH of 40% at 1atm pressure. When you say there is a 6.8C wetbulb, is that on the other side of the energy wheel?
