I am really not sure why that is happening. If you are still able to use the plugin, please proceed.

I have a couple other suggestions. Make sure that if you have plugins for other programs (E+, IES, etc.) that they are shut off (Window --> Preferences --> Extensions. Un-check IES, OpenStudio, etc.). Also, I believe either SketchUp or the plugin has problems with special characters (ë, é, ó, etc.). If there are any special characters in any files paths, that may induce the error. Again, if you are able to still use the plugin, you may proceed. I used to have a similar, general error such as that, but it was still able to function. Also, make sure that you are using the latest TRNSYS3D plugin (v1_0_5_1).

I get this error when i start up Google SkechUp. I have tried reinstalling both SketchUp and the Trnsys3d plugin. Do any one know what to do.
