There is also an Excel macro that will parse the TMY2 file for each hour of the year. It does indeed show the year for the data; however, I do not know if that is accurate. It is available at the bottom of the following site.

Meteonorm is a software package that generates hourly weather data based on monthly mean values. The monthly mean values are taken from long time measurements. In case of Uccle 1961-1990.

Does anabody knows how the weatherfiles metenorm are determined (for example Uccle-Belgium) that you can use in Trnsys 16?

 

Does this weatherfile consists of average data over x years? How many years? Wich years?
