[TRNSYS-users] compilers incompatibility with Vista

Dear Trnsys users,

I've tried to use the fortran compiler Compaq Visual 6 to compile the 
trndll under Vista and I got an incompatibility message.
It seems this compiler has some "known" problem with Vista.
Has anybody had a similar experience? Can you suggest other compilers 
good for vista (and also for trnsys)?
